You can park in space 247. The unit is at 605 #11 which is above the parking space, second unit upstairs.
If someone has unfortunately taken space 247 you can park in 249 as a second option.
The check out time is by 11:00 a.m.
When you reach the unit there are 2 door. The first black metal door is unlocked so you can access the second door and the lock box.
Double check that the building says 605. Look for the 605 on the side of the wall/building before you go to the door unit 11. There are many #11 doors in the complex. You can easily walk up to the wrong unit. Be sure that the building says 605.

THE LOCK BOX OPENS OUT LIKE A HINGE AND DOES NOT COME OFF.
AFTER OPENING THE LOCK BOX. REMEMBER TO CLOSE IT AND DIAL THE NUMBER TO A DIFFRENT COMBINATION SO NO ONE ELSE LEARNS THE CODE.
After you have the key you can use it to lock both door. And please do not put the key in and out of the lock box as you come and go. Carry the key with you. This will keep every thing safe. Only return the key to the lock box on your check out . We want to limit the amount of time the key is in the box as much as possible. And ALWAYS LOCK BOTH DOORS when inside and exiting.
For some people the building is easier to find for some from the street Palos Verdes Street. If you can find Palos Verdes and Elm street crossing, look across the street at the beige/brown 2 story units and look for 605 on the wall of the building.

To enter unit: First door is unlocked and key is in lock box on inside door knob: The lock box opens out after you put the combination in but does not come off.
To get into the unit: There is a lock box on the inside of the door
IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS OPENING THE LOCK.
#1 Understand the lockbox does not come off. So do not try to pull it off to get the key. There is a latch on the box. It opens out.

When looking for the complex many people find the building 625, 605, 595 and 575 South Royal Crest as they are on the main street of Royal Crest and they see parking space numbers like 242, 241, 220, 210. if you are see these numbers or numbers like these you are on the front side of the complex and close.
Your unit is upstairs #11.

If you decide to drive please do not leave any valuables visibly inside of your car. Our neighborhood is safe and I have never had any problems but you still do not want to chance it in a neighborhood that you are not familiar with.
